I have a job consistent with my values and personality. This is essential for getting up happy in the morning !
What are your professional goals?
I would like to develop new applications and invent new concepts around Web 2.0.
The team and manager of your dreams?
My dream team is a team with complementary skills, a good cohesion and ability to work remotely.
In my team, I would like strong values mainly related to the values of entrepreneurship: leadership, work, discipline, risk-taking, freedom of expression and action.
Cultural diversity is as important as education diversity to foster innovation and creativity.
What turns you off?
I left my 2 previous jobs because they made me understand implicitly that my hierarchical level was not sufficient to express ideas, make proposals or take initiatives. In short, you get intelligence with seniority... it's like good wine, it improves with time! That is probably why I do not drink wine, it does not improve quickly enough for me ;-)
